I read that MobileRead can help format the WORD document in proper format so as to enable converting the file through Calibre into MOBI, the Kindle ebook preferred device.

I have downloaded Calibre, which in turn suggested MobileRead for easy formatting.

I am absolutely a novice and would need step by step walkthrough the process, all the way to MOBI for upload to Kindle. I should think some of you may have done such conversions successfully.

I have tried several methods and have been frustrated.

Shall be most thankful for helping me alleviate the difficulty ........Mishri.
