Sorry... I became distracted from the topic at hand. I was simply addressing the ease/difficulty of setting up the software and completely overlooked the fact that I happen to agree with your point completely.

I've said it before in this thread; If borrowing library ebooks is high on your list of priorities, I could not in good conscience, recommend that you buy a Kindle (even though I own one).

My stance on the relative ease/difficulty of de-DRM'ing ebooks is to be taken as a completely separate (but related) issue... sorry for the derail.
