As Apple's iTunes Connect site is utterly vague when it comes to book submissions that come out of the approval process as "Removed From Sale," how exactly do you go about getting a "fixed" book back into the queue to be looked at?

I am unable to get a reply from iTunes Connect support concerning 5 books (out of 30) that didn't get approved, so do I just reupload my ePub files via iTunes Producer and hope (pray?) for the best in 10 days time...?
