yes , the screen is very fragile, an earbud from a pair of earphones accidentally dropped on my screen, the painful result, a permanent black spot on my screen. I know it wasn't there before, thoroughly checked the screen for defects when i got it. its tiny, u have to look for it, but i know its there :-(
