By "pulling out the accu" do you mean removing the battery? Sometimes it helps to unplug the battery for a few min, then plug it back in. Also, when you reset it to 14.2, did you have it plugged in to the power supply at the time? It needs to be plugged in while you flash the firmware.
I don't know what else to try, but I'm sure one of the gurus will be along soon.
