I know it doesn't fit you criteria of a snap-on, bookstyle or whatever cover, but sometimes you just have to accept you can't get what you want for what you want when you want it.

You know what else works well? I bought some pillowcases last year from Walmart (Canopy brand) (
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Canopy-Sim...-White/8054250) and the pillowcases came in these nice fabric drawstring bags.
The bags were a bit bigger than my Nook Classic, but turn them inside out and take in about a quarter of an inch of fabric, and they were good to go.
