Hey guys,
I need a little help getting duokan on my kindle 3wifi (3.1).
I installed the newest jailbreak, screensaver and fonts hack w/o any issues.
I followed the instructions from
flip.netzbeben.de and tried to install the english version 0.5.13.8914 (2011/04/08).
The steps...
1. I copied DK_Documents, DK_Pictures, DK_System and the 3 bin files update_duokan_0b00x.bin to the root directory of my kindle.
2. Home > Menu > Settings > Menu > Update Kindle
3. Update stops after 1/3 and I get a message that it was unsuccessful (U007).
4. I tried to uninstall duokan by copying update_unduokan_0b00x.bin (3 files) to the root folder, but here the kindle update procedures fails, too.
Would be wonderful if somebody could help me!
