It's a matter of confidence. If you are confident that you have, to the best of your ability, not done anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about. People who feel guilt know they either did something wrong or that they did not employ due diligence to avoid wrongdoing. If you've out the effort in, you'll be fine. And if the professor does not do his job of looking up the software's accusations of plagiarism, you have the option to demand a personnel review from his employer.
