An other thing comes to my mind. PC stands for personal computer, not a mainframe that you might have access to. But personal could refer to person and not to wild beast.

Jerk is even more appropriate

Noun. An idiot or stupid person. An insensitive, selfish, ignorant, cocky person who is inconsiderate and does stupid things.
