Hi all -- just joined here a couple minutes ago.
Love my Literati -- except when it WON'T TURN ON! Last time this happened, hitting the Reset button took care of the problem. This time? Not working.
Any ideas, or shall I plan to spend most of tomorrow glued to a phone trying to navigate customer service?
