Ok, I see. I guess the Nook color would be the better choice if you read a lot of color publications. I read mostly B&W books. Too bad about not being able to purchase a Nook in England. Maybe you can have someone in the States buy if for you. There are other places you could buy and sideload books from. I'm a Vet also. I did 3 years in the Marines 1973-1976.
