I think at this point pretty much everyone that has heard of it and wanted to read it has bought the paper books, which they could scan and put on their ereader.
I downloaded them to save myself alot of time.
There was a statement from a US Judge that said if a book was owned and not available as an ebook, there was very little chance of any successful lawsuit happening if someone were to download it. I lost the link but definately remember reading it.
I don't worry about having them on my ereader at all since the paper books are sitting in my room, even if she released ebooks I wouldn't buy them again just to format shift...
