I've been 36 for years now
It isn't so much a looks thing as a mindset thing.
If I keep thinking I'm 36 I'll keep doing things I feel appropriate to that age, it sort of works but some of the more recent aches and pains take a little more convincing to go away. But I'm lucky enough so have all my hair, some of my contemporaries don't. This is one reason I keep it long. 'cos I can.
I guess I'll need to turn 37 one of these years, though.
