You can use Wifi to register anywhere in the world.
You can buy e-books from the B&N website using your PC:
1. Register your account with an US shipping and billing address. You can use any valid address, just google something. The billing address is not verified at your credit card company so this will work fine.
2. Install a VPN to get an US IP-address. Like Hotspot Shield (free) or alwaysVPN ($8.50).
To buy books first start the VPN, when the VPN is active buy your books.
You only need to the VPN when buying books. Books that are bought can be downloaded anywhere in the world. If your NC has a Wifi connection they will be automatically downloaded to your NC.
