I've been interested in both for quite some time and almost got the Tab when it was released in Canada before Christmas

sans phone 
). The NC has a nice screen and is very hackable, which appeals to me too (most?).
What also appeals to me is "screen real estate", the more DPI for the same screen size, the better! I like fitting a lot onto my screens (7"+).
Not much left on my "wish list" as I've lost interest in the ASUS 900/950 as well as the PB903.
