I agree entirely with your first comment.

I am somewhat ahead of your suggestion, and have written to PB on several issues. Amongst other things, I asked if someone from the highest levels of PB could make statements here that would be adhered-to, and a date by which anything concerning the devices would arrive. Rest assured, I was quite blunt.

My answer was silence, so I wrote again and received the same result.

Now, when I hear of new models, I immediately feel there will be a new crop of unhappy customers with ill-working firmware, who will receive exactly what 302 owners have been given: empty promises. I can't see a reason why this won't continue until PB finally destroys all consumer confidence in its products and goes under.

As I also said in my email, this sub-forum is rapidly becoming a great advertisement for all other readers.
