Baen sells ARCs. $15 each and you can't complain about the typos. Here's an example, due out in physical form in July. I assume whatever contracts they have with their authors permit this. If you're one of those people who really, really has to read a new book the day it comes out -- or several months before it comes out -- that's the way to go.
