I'm looking for an answer to this as well. Guess there isn't one right now. I guess the best bet is to use your reader of choice and then manually sync using search. At least dropbox can make it easy to have the same content on each device. Perhaps I'll keep a text file with a phrase from the last page I read there to make the search easy. My readers of choice are Stanza on the iPad and Aldiko on Android.
