and as of today Samsung has announced the WiFi only Tab will be on sale mid April for $350, this is the 32G version.

the big deal about honeycomb is it is an operating system specifically designed for tablets. It's interaction with the User Interface is really remarkable. I said in the past that comparing the Honeycomb UI to the iPads UI is like comparing the Superman Thrill Ride Roller Coaster at Six Flags to the Dumbo ride at Disney World.
HoneyComb is really amazing.

But if the Galaxy Tab is all you need, the prices are starting to drop.
