Oh it seems Cyrillic is indeed in Shift JIS. Not much luck for European languages though, except English of course. I don't see any way to get around this problem of accentuated characters. If BBeB Dict Studio uses a translation table from Shift JIS to UTF-16 or UTF-8, maybe there's some way to "hack" this table and replace non used "Shift JIS characters" with all accentuated alphabetic characters.
