I don't remember now, that was days ago! Either beef or chicken. Right now I'm marinating beef, so it'll be beef tomorrow. I've never grilled shrimp on the barbie, but I bought some shrimp, so perhaps I'll make that on Thursday. Got any Aussie tips for me?
