This low power requirement display seems like it would make a good in between option from from the normal pda type display and the high cost of the current e-ink displays.
I submitted a question to the faq at Pixel Qi http://pixelqi.com/faq but I don't think they are far enough along to start naming deals with manufacturers. Possibly by mid 08. There is also a possibility that no company is interested in producing something like this. |
I just think you are way ahead of the curve. I suspect there will be takers for this screen and it was just recently spun off from OLPC for exactly that reason but to ask for one tomorrow (or later today) is just unrealistic.
