He makes green papya salad more frequently then green mango salad. He hand makes his curreys.

We like our food spicey. We grow our own hot peppers, he has 25 going right now that are mere weeks away from being planted. He is growing 15 types of habanero, four different Thai hot peppers, and the ghost chile pepper, plus a few more that I cannot remember.

He makes one dish, a spicey green peppercorn pork dish, that is too die for.
