A cursory read of mobileread is far more informational. Rights and licenses blah blah blah, How does anyone know that a library ebook checkout will ever be read?? Why would anyone agree to such a scheme when this possibility will always exist?

Lots of libraries are experimenting at the moment, but NPR hasn't considered those I guess.
