I love the book series so far, but I can't get too excited over the television version.
Mainly because a Medieval Fantasy-type television series has no chance of running more than two seasons--three at the most. Then cancellation. After which, they'd have to throw together some horribly rushed and contrived ending. The fact that I would absolutely love the television show, will also tend to doom it to early termination. TV I
like is not successful TV.
