Hi all. I found this website while hunting for ways to make calibre and kindle do things they probably aren't able to do. I still don't have answers to my questions there, but I won't talk about it here.

I'm 57 and live with my wife, youngest son, dog and two cats in South Jersey (about 40 miles from Philadelphia). I got a Kindle for Christmas and it's one of the best presents anyone has ever given me.

I have read a lot of science fiction and fantasy over the years but I'm a lot more selective than I used to be. I also read mysteries, thrillers, historical fiction, books about dogs, popular science books, histories and tons of other stuff as it catches my interest.
