OK in partial defense of the nook... 32 gb card? 3000 books? Your looking for a computer, not a $100-250 ebook reader (refurb all way up to nook color). Sounds like trying to launch a rocket to the moon with a pocket calculator.
Do their adds overpromise... YES; but its still one heck of an ebook reader for the average user. And for those who root them its a steal for an android touch tablet.
