Well, the
same author looks to have a number of purely m/m works, if that's what you'd prefer. You can just use this one to judge the overall quality of the writing and see if you like their style enough to buy another.
Alternatively, there's always the DIY approach to smoothing out these little story speedbumps: open up the ePub, do a search/replace on all the gendered pronouns, and pretend you're now reading a three-man orgy.
