ah memories! my Dad knew of a patch of wild horse radish that he guarded very carefully. he would periodically grate it up for the homemade stuff. I have a picture of him in ski goggles and a foam face mask that we used to wear for blizzard ski conditions with some of the culprit in hand. we would have to clear out of the house!
