Morty, I'm doing drywall by braille. I use my brother-in-law's power screwdriver, drive it until it sounds "grindy," then feel it to be sure it is countersunk deeply enough. Same with sanding the joint compound. Rub it looking for bulges, then smooth it down.
Cutting the gypsum with a utility knife was sort of thrilling, like riding a roller coaster. Keep your fingers and hands inside the line!
They took away my driver's license, but I can still use power tools!
