Hi, I've just found this forum and it looks interesting! I'm the proud owner of a Kindle 3 - my best present to myself ever! - and an avid reader.
I'm a retired Brit and live in a very small town in the south-west of Turkey with no bookshop! In the past I've bought lots of books from Amazon UK but the cost of postage is extremely high, so my Kindle has already paid for itself in the first 5 months!
Any other members living in Turkey??
