Either use calibre to download the the cover, or do an image search on Google for the book and load it using calibre.

Now the IMPORTANT step: tell calibre to reconvert the book!

For particularly stubbon books (which have a boo-boo in the metadata), you may want to (1) convert the book to mobi format (2) delete the epub version you have, and (3) convert to epub again.

This fixed each and every problem I ever had with half covers or covers not showing up.
