You have no idea. I went back to start on step 6, got stuck, took a Guinness sip, called Weber. Meanwhile I'm telling her that I think the instructions are old. She informed me that my grill just came out in 2011, so there aren't any old instructions for it. Then she told me what to do. It all makes sense now. I did tell her that I might call back after another 10 steps and she said, "We'll be hear all night." I said, "It might take me that long!"
