F.Y.I, After changing the "Ping" settings as you suggested, my browser and stability issues have been corrected. I'm not sure how noticeable any speed changes from the original are, but at least they're not headed in the wrong direction now . Hope you get your issues resolved soon, too. Take care.

EDIT - BTW, I have installed the 4.3.1 update.
