Recipes with only one feed?
Sometimes one uses recipes with a single feed. So ideally second page should already contain TOC with links to the articles. But what calibre does there instead is creating a 1-level link to the section (which this single feed) and only then you have actual TOC. Same happens with the TOC in the metadata in the formats that support this.
So how do you remove it, since it's really useless and uneconomic.
