Yeah, but those are the designations that people already reading erotica use.
In the future where there are non-niche "vanilla" to "strawberry" novels with those pairings (or quaddings, or whatever) such as one day Harlequin (non-Carina) might have, I'll be tickled to see "mainstream" romance fans use the "hH" terms.
