While I can't deny that others may run into formatting issues when converting formats, I can only say that I have yet to see any problem from conversion of books I've gotten from Borders, B&N, the library, etc.

I have yet to find a TS that I prefer over a physical KB, including the iPad. But that's a personal preference.
