@jackie - I can try doing a soft restart - but it did restart while it was updating the firmware and still gave the same issue before and after. As for formatting, is there a way to back up the books that were purchased that are loaded on there so i dont have to repurchase them?
@kartu - no, the other post i was looking at just specified media.xml.. is there something else that i should be removing in addition to media.xml?
