Not trying to be a spoil-sport here, lads and lassies, merely realistic. Self publishing is easy (some believe too easy). EFFECTIVE self-publishing is anything but. It's bloody hard grind all the way.

Yeah, I'm learning that the hard way. Self-promotion takes as much persistence as it does to write the book in the first place. But you do meet some nice folks along the way, and it's a relatively cheap thrill. I'm still glad I started down this long and grinding road.
