What is your favorite adult themed book, or who is your favorite adult themed author?

I actually haven't read a specifically adult themed book since I was of an age when I really should not have been reading them. The only author I can remember off of the top of my head is Harold Robbins.

Edit: Adult Themed = Anything that would be labeled as "Adult" - Rated PG17, R, X or XXX.
