Hi I'm Asrai.

I usually skip intros and just start replying to others. But then I think, is that too random, maybe I should have done an intro.

Anyway, I'm Asrai. From Alberta, Canada where we still have SNOW today.

I am mom to two. I have a couple electronic self-published things, which I experience varying levels of self-doubt for doing. My First book is available for Free on Smashwords as well as two short stories I've written. I'd link to it but I'm not sure I should go so far with self-promotion on my first post.

I'm looking to connect and chat about writing. Eventually find some people to connect with as beta readers or criqitque partners.

Oh, I write romance- somewhat explicit. Sometimes I write "erotica' which I consider closer to downright smut. But whatever you want to label it is fine.

I have a kobo which I love. Though, strange thing- 2 days ago I plugged it in and it would not stop rebooting. Sometime in the next 24 hours the battery died and it would do nothing, not even connect to the computer. this morning, my daughter turns the computer on and it was still plugged in and it connected.
