shut down Calibre fully (no tray icon present).

Copy your ENTIRE Calibre Library Folder (the one that contains metadata.db and author folders) to your new computer.
Start Calibre on the new computer and use the arrow next to the Library Icon to 'Switch' to you New (old ) library.

If Calibre has NOT ever been installed, the simply select the Library folder when asked during the installation.
