FYI Sigil 4 Beta has a second window that Is an 'Active TOC' (you can even navigate the chapters) that replaced the older (<v4) TOC Editor
The reason I stopped using the beta, is because of 'split' (mis-)ordering issues (split,merge and S&R in CV are my most heavily used features )
