While not an ereader veteran, I find the answer's very simple, and there are 2 options..................

1] get a lot of fresh air in the day, do some physical exercise in the day, work in a very stuffy office in the day, watch a lot of TV in the evening - no, NO readin' of the reader! ].

Or, the obviously more sensible, practical, and enjoyable course of action, which I find just as efficient,

2] A small tot of Armegnac either just before retiring, or while reading, or both.


Oh, yes - surround bed with duvets/ pillows to prevent damage to reader when it falls from hands.



And don't tread on it when arising in the a.m.
