I think they're basing their auto-recommends on the "Customers Also Bought" field for this book, which consists of two sex instruction manuals. If you haven't picked up very many other books from B&N, then I guess their software might skew towards those selections.
This is just a guess, since my "New From Authors You Also Know" seems to mostly consist of financial self-help and the occasional bit of erotica/christian fiction. But then I have this inveterate habit of getting all the freebies, and those categories dominate.
