Place some limits on your reading, either by location or by time, or both. When I have too much work to do and I would use the Kindle to procrastinate, I would only allow myself to read the Kindle while on public transit (3 hours per day of public transit is still a lot of reading time). Or time yourself and have a cellphone alarm quietly make a meep after an hour, and turn that Kindle off no matter what! Now if I can only do the same with the internet X_X
