Oberon Cover pictures, as promised
The first two are the PRS-700 in the cover that was sent by mistake - I decided to keep it.
The next 5 are the PRS-650 in the re-purposed journal cover. I used the smallest size and the simplest attachment method - Velcro. As seen in the picture, first I put a skin on the e-reader to protect it, then the Velcro. I haven't done anything else special about this, though I may decide to put some stiffener in the front cover, and something soft over it, for a little more screen protection. I'm very pleased with both of them.
It is industrial strength stick-on Velcro, and with the amount of pulling I have to do to get the e-reader OUT of the cover, I don't fear it falling out. Picture six shows the back of the e-reader and the interior of the cover. I used the soft side on the e-reader, for those times when I do want to read it without the cover - I have carpal tunnel and sometimes even that little bit is, quite literally, a pain.
Those of you who have not bought from Oberon before - they send a little medallion with the ordered cover, and I have hooked it to the tie leather. Don't know if it will stay there, depends on whether it makes me nutz or not.
