anyway, the first time i bought there, they did not give me the exact change. i thought, "okay, since the pricing system is per ounce (i think, something like that), it's hard to get exact change." but i couldn't help but be miffed that they rounded down my change. okay, it's a business. fine.
second time, i went back just to see if the experience would repeat itself. this time, i THOUGHT they were going to round up my change, since it was so near the point of being rounded. again, nothing. i was annoyed. what i don't understand is, why they're rounding down so drastically. i mean, i don't remember anymore my exact change, but they could have given me ten cents (it was around 19.26, something like that. that was the first time i bought). what irked me even more is that they didn't put up a sign anywhere that they weren't giving exact change. i mean, if your change is supposed to be, let's say, 20.56, you'd at least expect to get the 50 cents as well, right? (we have denominations for 25 cents). but no, they'd just give you 20 paper bill.
i was tempted to ask them but didn't want to start a fight.

Start a fight.
Sounds like they are cheating people.
