Brilliant information and options... when I started out with this I didn't think I'd be able to do much formatting at all. Even a little will be great, and I like the idea of making a PDF the right size for my reader - then I can share the recipes with family and friends, whether they have ereaders or not.
Nice that most of these apps are free, too!
I'll certainly report back with how I'm going.
