Rooibos Lemon in my Red/Gold Dragon cast iron tea pot. I am trying to get back into the habit of making tea and keeping it on the warmer on the weekends. It is not all that difficult to do.

Training the dogs to stay on their beds at 7:30 AM on a weekend seems to be impossible but the tea habit is doable.
Its funny, my old Shepherd wound never stay in his bead either, then I put a "Baby gate" across the door way and he stayed in bed, silly dog could easily jump the gate, he always jumped a little fence that was a little higher. Dogs are funny creatures the things I expected him to be able to do he couldn't but things I was sure he couldn't learn (open the fridge to get beer) he figured out in minutes.

My father told me to get in the hottest bath I could stand, drink a warm brandy and then crawl into bed with every blanket in the house on you and in the morning your cold will be gone! OK so it doesn't really make it go away, but you sure feel better!

Cheers and kick the cold!
